A customer places an order with eFlight Stuff by phone or online store. eFlight Stuff generates an invoice and emails it to the customer. Customer receives the invoice, follows the link provided in the email, and signs in to Google Checkout to confirm payment and shipping details. Once eFlight processes the resulting payment, the order is shipped. Shipping We may send you an email to confirm your order. Your order will be shipped the same day that your order was confirmed. We ship by USPS Parcel Post, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. If you want us to ship by any other shipping method please email us at cservice@eflightstuff.com , or note the change on your order. Shipping Insurance For any order that has a value greater than $500, our shipping will include shipping insurance and a delivery confirmation signature. Return Policy
