How to order?
You will receive e-mail confirmation that we've received your order to be processed in the next 24-48 business hours.
· Placing an available item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item.
· Available inventory is only assigned to your order after your payment is accepted (usually 24 hours prior to shipment).
· S&H varies for oversized package. The system will try its best to estimate the worst case scenario. We can provide you with
better estimation (or actual charge) if you email or call us.

Pricing:
Items in your shopping cart always reflect the most recent price displayed on their product pages. However, all prices and specifications by Cermark are subject to change without notice. We do our best in maintaining fair play.
Methods of payment:
Payment is not accepted until your item(s) are ready to be shipped within 24 hours.
(1) Credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, & Discover Cards)
(2) Debit card (MasterCard or Visa accreditation)
(3) Personal check (require 5 business days clearance)
(4) Money Order or Cashier’s check (requires 2 business days)
Shipment:
Items are shipped within next 48 hours. If they are not available, our staff will contact you to notify you of status and alternatives. You will not be charged until the items are to be shipped. Method of shipment will range from US postal service, UPS or Fedex. Tracking information will become available upon request 24 hours after the shipment has left the warehouse, except the cases when US Postal service is used.
Backorder:
You will be notified if an item you ordered is not in stock. Backordered item is automatically shipped without additional postage and handling when it becomes available.
Shipping damage:
If you receive a shipment with damage, SAVE all packaging materials and contact CERMARK, (562) 906-0808, immediately for instructions. If the damage is obvious, please refuse the package from the delivery company.
